GriefShare

Have you lost a loved one? You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone!

Find help at GriefShare, a 13-week group meeting for joining together and learning how to walk through grief. GriefShare is for anyone who has suffered the loss of a spouse, child, family member, or friend. This is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences.

GriefShare will meet from 6:30-8pm each Monday from January 19-April 27 in Room 4 (upstairs) of The Way Church.

Weekly topics include:

• Is this normal?
• Guilt and anger
• Challenges
• Why?
• What do I live for now?

Once you register through GriefShare, you will be given access to an online portal with additional resources and tools such as additional video clips, daily encouraging emails, downloadable tools, and past session videos. The final session of GriefShare will be a celebration event.

There is a $25 registration fee which covers the cost of the workbook, which is required, and shipping.  If you cannot cover the cost, please reach out to care@theway618.church. Scholarships are available.

There is also an option to add on Reflections: A Guided Journal by GriefShare for an additional $25. This guided journal for the bereaved offers probing questions that guide their writing and reflections, bringing self-discovery, stability, and hope. It’s a beautiful keepsake, designed to help users track their growth and store cherished memories (Hardback, 240 pgs.)
